Do insects thrive if waterways are healthier?

Do insects thrive if waterways are healthier?

Not all insects benefit from healthier waterways but environments get better which allows environments to stabilise and become healthier but it may not change a specific insect’s habitat directly. It will give them a better change long term if the environment in general is healthier and that includes waterways. On some occasions, too much water may hurt or destroy an insect’s habitat and may hurt the insect population.

Sometimes near waterways there is a wider community of different species of animals, insects and environments and if the waterway is healthy they normally become healthier more thriving communities.
